We had a fun dinner with Sandy, Leo, Matt, Bailey and Lola this week. Unfortunately, we didn't get any pictures of Sloane with her grandparents as we were having too much fun in the pool.
Sloane is lucky...her cousins love her and are so excited when they get to hold her.
Frank and Brandice came over to meet Sloane and we had such a fun dinner with the two of them. John snapped this photo and my first thought when I saw it was - wow, what a gorgeous couple...
Then I zoomed in on Sloane and discovered that she stole the show in this shot. Look at my peanut...cute as a button and sitting like a little lady.
We celebrated my dad's 60th birthday with a bbq, cake, and lots of entertainment provided by the kiddos. Dad/Pat/Bobba - you are one incredible guy! We love you!
Bobba and Sloane
I posted some of my favorite photos of Sloane on Facebook yesterday and realized when I was done that my facebook friends will think that she is permanently cross eyed since she looks pretty goofy in at least half of them. I can't help it...the cross eyed photos are just too funny. Besides, for every sweet photo like this
Sloane is smiling now. Not the "I have gas", "I just filled my diaper" or active sleep smiles. Real smiles. The "I see you", "I know you", "I like you" smiles. Pretty dang cool.
I finally remembered to grab the camera and catch a couple today...
With such warm weather recently Sloane has been getting a lot of use out of her fun summer dresses. Unfortunately, that means some of the cute, warmer clothes have been stuck in the dresser. We took advantage of a cold morning recently to pull out these darling jammies for a nap before the girl outgrows them.
