Crazy hair

I swear all of our outlets are childproof.  This is just what happens when you let her hair air dry after a tubby and then comb it out.  She won't be laughing so hard when we show these pictures to her prom date.

Tired

The third trimester is tiring and sometimes it's just more appealing to take a nap on the laundry than to wash it.

Then Sloane finds you and all hopes of a nap are gone.

Cherry blossoms

We took advantage of a spring tease and headed to the UW campus to check out the cherry blossoms.  Sloane was thrilled.  So much real estate to run and run and run on.  We ended our visit with some scrapped knees, soaking wet boots, and very dirty clothes which made it a very successful outing.  Puddles were meant to be jumped in, wet grass is meant to be rolled in, and a few scrapes and bruises are bound to happen when you are a toddler on the go. 

Yee-Haw!

Thank you, papa, for finding this gem!  Now Sloane just needs a hat and lasso.

A penny saved

One of her favorite parts of her day?  When dad hands over his loose change and they march it over to the piggy bank.  I need to keep more spare change lying around - it's a great distraction.
