We've been dipping our toes into potty training. Sloane had some successes before Hazel was born but we knew better than to try to do any serious potty training then. She didn't look at the potty for the first 8 weeks after the baby came, then had a week where she used it a few times, followed by 3 weeks where the mere mention of the potty produced a crying fit. We tried candy, toys and just about every other bribe we could think of. Who knew that watching music videos from Mama Mia on my phone would get the girl back on the pot. Sloane loves her some Abba. We're getting close to doing an intensive potty train. It's terrifying and exhausting to think about. So for now, we're doing a lot of this...
The toys in the window have been good incentive. The Elmo ipad potty time app has been a blessing and a curse. I find myself walking around the house singing, "When it's potty time, you feel it please don't wait. When its potty time, you feel it please don't wait. Number 1 or number 2 your body sends a clue. When it's potty time, you feel it please don't wait."

Kelly I used 3daypottytraining.com. It is around 25 bucks and you can email the lady for advice during the process. Everyone I know who has used it has had success. It is a really tough 3 days but so worth it in the end. Good luck with what ever method you use. I enjoy reading your blog, our kids are pretty much the same ages. Your girls are adorable.
This is EXACTLY our life right now! Ella has just decided in the last three days she is going to wear underpants and go on the potty exclusively. It is awesome other than the fact that she now wants to take a tour of each and every public restroom when we are out and about. Oh the joys of being 2!
