Four months?!?! Time has been flying by way too fast. It's cheesy, it's a total cliché, but it's true...every day is more fun than the last. Sloane is smiling like crazy, giggling, and outright belly laughing (mostly at her dad). She drools and wants to suck/chew on everything. She is super strong, loves to stand, and has great head control. Her cheeks, if you can believe it, keep getting bigger. She's turning from baby to little person right before our eyes. She continues to sleep through the night almost every night and is now into her 6-12 month stash of clothes. As our pediatrician, Dr. J (that's Dr. Jackson to you), says...she is thriving.
Sloane is a total hit at daycare. I get daily reports from the kiddos about how much she laughed and how little she cried. As I walk by the windows when I come to pick her up and hear them yell, "Sloane's mom is here," it makes me smile. I am someone's mom. John Poort is a dad. Crazy. We are smitten. We are head over heels in love. We are diggin this whole family thing.
Oh yeah, and she's huge! Sloane's four month stats:

Height: 25 3/4 inches (95%)
Noggin: 41 1/2 cm (75%)
